Nookgrain is a brand of Catalyst Venture Studio, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its mailing address at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. These terms apply to nookgrain.com and to every order placed through it. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if an item is mispriced, if we cannot verify your details, or if we suspect fraud.

Products
Every desk mat is printed to order. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the printed mat, and there can be minor variation between print runs. Sizes are approximate within normal manufacturing tolerance.

Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken when you order.

Shipping, returns and refunds
Our shipping policy and our return and refund policy form part of these terms.

Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, text and images on this site belong to Catalyst Venture Studio, Inc. You may not reproduce or resell them. Buying a mat gives you the mat, not a licence to the artwork.

Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to scrape or copy its content for commercial use.

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here when you order is the one that applies to that order.
