Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO and FPO addresses.

Rates
Flat 4.95 dollars per order. Shipping is free on any order of 39.95 dollars or more, which covers every 16 by 32 inch mat.

Printing and delivery times
Each mat is printed to order. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days, and delivery usually takes another 3 to 7 business days, so most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start printing the next business day.

Tracking
You will get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link as soon as your mat ships. If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email hello@nookgrain.com and we will chase it or reprint.

Address changes
Email hello@nookgrain.com within 12 hours of ordering if you need to correct your address. Once printing starts we cannot change it. Parcels returned because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.
